On November 28, 2007, José Manuel Barroso, President of the Eurpoean Commission, an executive branch of the European Union (EU) and José Sócrates, the Prime Minister of Portugal, will visit China for the 10th Annual China-EU summit in Beijing. This meeting between China and European leaders will act as a catalyst to strengthened their relationship.
