According to an August 16, 2016, article from PowerApple.com, a very popular saying among the Chinese public is that Jiang Zemin, the former top leader of the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Republic of China is actually the reincarnation of a toad. As a matter of fact, one of Jiang’s nicknames is “Toad Jiang.” A recent briefing mentioned that a “person who is apparently within the Chinese Communist Party system has published a summary of ‘Toad Jiang’s’ 10 crimes.”
“Toad Jiang’s” 10 crimes:
- Secession of the Nation: Establishing the Gang of Shanghai in order to gain benefits for his gang members in Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, and Shanghai City at the expense of the whole nation’s interests.
- The full implementation of the rule of corruption in order to manipulate officials nationwide. The authorities completely lost their credibility in the eyes of the people.

- Strengthening China as a Dictatorship
- Crediting all achievements to himself and letting the founding fathers take responsibility for all wrongdoings.
- Selling resources and land cheaply, thereby causing widespread pollution and depletion of future resources.
- The implementation of greedy money seeking policies, leading to the collapse of social morality, pornography, gambling, and drug abuse everywhere.

Thus the state apparatus became “Toad Jiang’s” personal self-serving tool for the internal fights in which he was involved.
