During the coronavirus pandemic, over 1,300 Chinese medical equipment companies have used the same agency company, which seems to be a fake company in the U.S.

The agency company, CCTC Service Inc., said to be registered in Delaware, uses the address of a three-bedroom house in Wilmington, Delaware. However, neither the renters nor the landlord of the house said they had heard of CCTC or any Chinese company. The Delaware database of companies did not contain this company’s name.

In June, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against a Chinese company King Year Printing and Packaging Co. Ltd., for selling about 500,000 problematic face masks to the U.S. with counterfeit certification and for submitting false registration information to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). CCTC is the agency company for King Year. The Department of Justice’s filing said that CCTC didn’t return its email inquiry and that it had reason to believe that CCTC is a fabricated company.

CCTC is owned by a company called “Shenzhen CCT Testing Technology Co., Ltd.” It is headquartered in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. The company charges each Chinese medical equipment supplier 5,000 yuan (US $705) to represent them to register face mask products with the FDA.

Shenzhen CCT Testing Technology registered a new agency company called CCTC Services United, Inc. with the State of Colorado on May 13. However, Shenzhen CCT Testing Technology started using the new agency company for business in March, two months before registering it. There is also an issue with the new company. Its address is a post office box, which the FDA does not allow.

Coronavirus infections have occurred in Beijing. The city is exercising a “wartime” mechanism in some parts of the city. Several provinces and cities warned their residents not to go to Beijing.

1. China’s National Health Commission reported one coronavirus infection case in Beijing on June 11 and another six on June 12. Most of the infection cases were traced back to the Xinfadi agricultural products wholesale market in Fengtai District, Beijing. Authorities conducted a nucleic acid test on 1,940 people working in the agricultural products wholesale fields. Out of the 517 test samples from the Xinfadi wholesale market, an additional 45 people tested positive.

Fengtai District started a “wartime” mechanism. It locked down 11 residential communities with people watching the entrance around the clock, discontinued schooling for 3 elementary schools and 6 kindergartens in the vicinity of the Xinfadi wholesale market, conducted traffic control at the Xinfadi exit from the highway, and blocked several streets next to the market.

Liaoning Province reported 2 asymptomatic infection cases on June 12. Both victims had close contact with the confirmed patients in Beijing. (Radio France International)

2. On June 13 and 14, Qian’an City in Hebei Province, Tongliao City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Binhai District of Tianjin City, Liaoning Province, Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province, Luliang City in Shanxi Province, and both Daqing and Harbin Cities in Heilongjiang Province issued warnings or directly stated that residents should avoid traveling to Beijing unless the trip is absolutely necessary. On June 7, China released a white paper titled, “Fighting COVID-19: China in Action.” With around 37,000 Chinese characters and over 60 pages in length, the document records the self-praise of China’s efforts and achievements in its fight against the coronavirus and in its economic recovery. It rarely mentioned the authorities’ mistakes in handling the pandemic.

Yuan Guoyong, a Microbiology Professor at Hong Kong University, led his team to test 452 people who had no coronavirus symptoms and who came to Hong Kong from Hubei Province. The team found that 17 people, or about 3.8 percent, had the coronavirus antibody already, which indicated that they had been infected in the past.

Using that ratio, Yuan’s team estimated that, in Hubei province, there could be 2.2 million people, out of a total population of 59 million, infected with the coronavirus.

As of June 9, The Chinese Communist Party reported only 68,135 cases of infection  in Hubei.

A YouTube video indicated that the Chinese Embassy in the U.S. is involved in the U.S. Riots.

The video clip at time 1:05 to 1:18 shows that protesters were throwing stones and the police fired tear gas. The host said that it was in front the White House in the evening on May 31. A Chinese voice shouted out, “Leave quickly! Leave, Leave, Leave, Leave, Leave!” (“快走！走、走、走、走、走！“)

The author of the video tweeted on his Twitter account “@一剑飘尘06” with a link to the video. His tweet said,

“Major Breaking News: The Chinese military attaché is related to the White House riots! The Chinese words ‘leave quickly’ (were recorded) on the spot and (it showed that) the Chinese Consulate had arranged for the thugs presence! Clear evidence! The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is behind the unrest in the U.S. How could (the CCP) be so unscrupulous? Is this a problem of the (communist) system? Can the U.S. government legally repress (the riots)?”

The author also posted a screenshot of a statement from WeChat that he said a netizen in Washington, DC provided to him. It was about a WeChat conversation among people at the Chinese Embassy. The conversation read as follows:

“Who shouted in Chinese on the site? Didn’t we say that (our people should) stay at the back and remain low key, and just leave after finishing (the work)?”

“Yeah, shouted very loudly. Now the video is spreading all over the U.S.”

“Military Attaché Zhang also went to the site. None of these people followed discipline.”

A comment after the Tweet said, “The Military Attaché at the China’s Embassy indeed has the surname Zhang. Major General Zhang Li once served as an attaché in China’s Embassy in Thailand. He became an attaché (in Washington) in 2018.”

Radio France International also reported the “leave quickly” video. It also reported that a Tweet by account “@魏歌” said that the U.S. police arrested three Chinese students during the riot in Santa Monica, California. The students admitted that the local Chinese consulate directed them to parade along with the African Americans and stir up looting, to “carry forward their patriotism and make new contributions for the CCP and China.”

It also reported that some Chinese students posted Louis Vuitton bags on the Internet. They looted the bags during the riots. One student said, “I love the CCP and I love my motherland. The U.S. owes our China many debts. Just a few bags; they don’t need to be so stingy.”

The Epoch Times reported that, based on official documents that it received, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is using the police’ big data system to help identifying people who are suspected of having the coronavirus infection. The police, called public security in China, has established its big data system based on monitoring Chinese people’s phone conversations, mobile apps, mobile payments, phone locations, and information extracted from other sources.

The document “Jilin City’s People to Test” on May 22 showed that 2,048 people in Jilin City, Jilin Province were suspected of having the coronavirus infection and needed to be tested. Among them, 1,006 were identified from the police’ big data system and many people are residents in other provinces, indicating the police’s big data system has been connected across different regions.

The document “Registration List of People to Test” from Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province showed 4,167 people to be tested. Of those, 3,255 were identified from the police’ big data system. However, the information about over 600 people from the police’ big data system was inaccurate (they could not find the person). This indicates the big data system is not yet very reliable.

A May 16 report from the Jilin Province Disease Prevention and Control Center showed that a patient could not recall his activities from April 29 to May 3. Therefore the authorities recommended using the police’ big data system.

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the China produced medical supplies, including face masks and personal protective equipment (PPE), are widely scrutinized around the world. The following are a collection of reports from countries that found defects in these “made-in-China” supplies.

#1 U.S.: On May 8, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allowed 14 Chinese manufacturers to supply N95 face masks to the U.S., way below the 80 manufacturers that had done so previously. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) tested 67 types of imported face masks and found about 60 percent failed the U.S. required safety measurement. For example, a Chinese manufacturer whose export license the FDA had revoked, produced face masks that could only filter out 24 to 35 percent of the micro particles, way below the required 95 percent standard. #2 U.S.: The State of Illinois spent nearly $17 million buying KN95 masks. An alert from the Illinois Department of Public Health said that the KN95 masks might not meet performance standards and counterfeit masks are “flooding the marketplace.” It recommended that agencies remove the KN95 masks that have already been received. (Fox News)

#3 Canada: The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) said that it had found that about 1 million KN95 face masks did not meet the requirements for the medical staff to be able to use them. Also, the city of Toronto announced that it would recall over 60,000 made-in-China face masks that had been provided to staff members at long-term care institutes. (Sing Tao Daily)

#4 Europe: On April 24, the Rapid Alert System for Dangerous Non-food Products, which the European Union had established, announced it had given the label of “Serious Warning” to four types of face masks that China made. The manufacturer of these four types of face masks had claimed that they met the N95/FFP2 requirement. (Central News Agency).

#5 U.K.: The Department of Health admitted that none of the 3.5million finger-prick tests ordered from mainly Chinese manufacturers in March passed accuracy checks. The Government wants its money back.

Netherlands: The Dutch health ministry recalled 600,000 face masks at the end of March because they did not fit and the filters were defective.

Spain: The government found 60,000 testing kits from China failed accuracy tests.

Slovakia: Prime Minister Igor Matovic said a million face masks from China were so inaccurate they should “be thrown straight into the Danube.”

Ireland: The Irish government issued an ultimatum to China after healthcare workers on the front-line found that 20 percent of the £176million-worth of PPE it had bought from China was unusable. (Daily Mail)

#6 Finland: The government of Finland said that the 2 million face masks it bought from China did not meet the requirements and thus were not suitable for hospital use. (Radio France International)

#7 Austria and Italy: At end of March, several million China-made face masks and PPE arrived in Austria. Part of the shipment was supposed to have been re-shipped to Italy. After Austria conducted tests, it found they didn’t meet the requirements. (Epoch Times)

#8 Australia: The Australian Border Force (ABF) officers have intercepted several deliveries of PPE that were found to be counterfeit or otherwise faulty. One law enforcement official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, estimated the ABF had already seized 800,000 masks with a combined value of more than $1.2 million on the Australian market. #9 India: India cancelled an order for 500,000 testing kits from China because the accuracy rate of these testing kits was only 5 percent. (Epoch Times)

#10 Pakistan: Pakistan found out that the N95 face masks that China provided to them were made from women’s bras and were completely different from the CCP’s claim of “high-quality” face masks. Pakistan’s media were angry and said, “China cheated us.” (Epoch Times)
